BAC - Blood Alcohol Concentration (or Content, or Count)

BAIID - Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device

CDL - Commercial Driviers License

FST - Field Sobriety Test

PBT - Preliminary Breath Test

Per Se - Implied Consent law - If someone is driving and their BAC is .08 or greater the prosecutor does not need to prove that the alcohol had any impact on their ability to drive.
